Holistic Massage! I have been doing massage therapy for 30 years My job is to make you feel good and alleviate anything bothering you by using a combination of techniques. AREAS OF SPECIALTY: NECK AND TRAPEZIUS- BACK-Top to bottom. Includes rotator cuff, paraspinal muscles, and vertebral. ARMS- Including those tight forearms, upper arms, and shoulders, including that area where the arms meet the back. LEGS- Relief from tight quads, hamstrings, adductors, iliotibial bands (sides of thighs),knees, and calves. PSOAS- When too tight, this little-known muscle deep in the abdomen can aggravate back and side discomfort. HIPS AND GLUTES- The almost-always ignored hips, gluteals, and pelvis connect the upper and lower body and contain many important trigger points affecting the legs and the back. REFLEXOLOGY FOR HANDS, FEET, AND EARS- For stiff or painful hands, sore feet, and neglected ears. SCALP- Includes cranial muscles and neck-skull attachments FACE AND JAWS- TMJ Work: Do you have jaws that are sore, tight, clicking, misaligned, MEDICAL CHI GUNG- Medical Energy Work and Advanced Reiki. I utilize light touch as well energy-flow enhancement and alignment. I can readily combine this energy work with massage!.
