LOOKING FOR ROOM TO RENT! - 30

I know this is a strange place to post but i figured here you guys would understand my inability to produce pay stubs.. looking for a room to rent ( yes i want to pay, no i will not be tour girlfriend or share your room, no i will not bring clients over or work out of the house, but i may have a friend over every once in awhile and some of my friends are male) i can afford up to about 700 a month.Must be private room with a lockable door. i love to cook and clean but if i am paying rent that doesnt mean im your sex slave. i prefer to keep this professional. I dont party, i have no crazy exes, and i love to spoil people.So i think im a pretty good roomie. N Palm Spgs
